Xbox Live Anime rewards Help

I bought A.O.T Wings Of Freedom and Final Fantasy XV through the Xbox live store but didn't get anything for doing so, does it just take some time or did i have to do it through the website?

Plus two dlc from Final Fantasy XV for £0.39 each

February Rewards are not Refreshing, or.........not calculating correctly.

Hello,

I have made several purchases for the XBOX Live rewards program missions, we will use the Anime challenge as an example (but I have participated in the free use as well). I made three separate purchase for 13.99, before tax, on anime from the "Anime" category
yet there are only three fireballs lit up showing my progress. It clearly states the necessity to only purchase $40 worth f merchandise, either in games or movies. What is the dealio?!? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Robbed on Rewards

Hi i recently purchased season 2 & 3 of dragon ball z on the xbox store during anime month. i was informed by email purchasing any anime would give you reward points. now im receiving my monthly statement with no rewards, im not sure what is going on.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

For future reference, it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process any purchase information. Since your purchase was made today, it is too early for us to have Rewarded those purchases.

Your live rewards tenure and xbox live tenure are different animals..... My apology?

The date you join rewards is indeed how long you have been a rewards member.

Now for live, only gold periods show as part of being a live member.

When did you make the purchase?

There is usually a 24-48 hour delay.
It also may be worth checking if the product purchased was eligible to count towards the reward.
