XBOX LIVE AND XBOX ULTIMATE BILLING ISSUE

I recently upgraded to xbox game pass ultimate from xbox gold live because it was only $1. Instead I was charged $14.99, so I filled out a refund request form and even left in the notes that I was just overcharged. I didnt say anything about canceling
any subscriptions. Instead of refunding me 13.99, so I could get what they advertised. They refunded me the full $14.99 and canceled my xbox gold live subscription was only a few weeks old. So, now I'm out that money I paid for xbox gold. Also, missed out
on $1 promo and the additional time I would of been an ultimate member because of my live subscription. I tried requesting a refund for the xbox gold subscription charge since it was cancelled unwantedly, but there seems to be no way for the virtual agent
to understand because they already refunded me for the xbox ultimate. Please help very frustrated with xboxs support system right now. Im life time customer and now Im pretty much over it because there been several other billing issues that I never even tried
to deal with, but this is too much.

Digital card, and it was for three months. I redeemed Spotify and its still there which is the one good thing from this. I haven't redeemed any of the others, but I think I can still do the EA access because it says redeem your gift still on my console.

I tried to be as clear as possible with the virtual agent, but I always get taken to the digital refund part and my last purchase is the refund. I tried just asking for a refund for the live account I got in late December, but I can't get anywhere with that
either. If I could talk to real person Im sure they would work with me. I just can't get a live person

When you converted the subscriptions were merged. That is why Gold was also canceled.

Yes an account made with a separate email should qualify for the offer and as you've stated, setting this as home Xbox would share that subscription with your main account. However, I'm not sure if doing this is acceptable but I can't seem to find anything
stating otherwise. Glad you were able to resolve your issue though!

(Smwuthches) Thank you! talking to them now. Im out of luck with ultimate but there reimbursing me for the 2 months I had left on gold. I think that's fair. also, now I know how to contact them if I have a problem thank you!
