Xbox Live and Windows Store aren't opening

Discus and support Xbox Live and Windows Store aren't opening in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Xbox Live and Windows Store aren't opening for me and don't even exist in the my PC anymore ( i searched for the files folder and nothing was there )....     Xbox Live and Windows Store aren't opening


    Xbox Live and Windows Store aren't opening for me and don't even exist in the my PC anymore ( i searched for the files folder and nothing was there ). As soon as I launch them they close automatically. I tried every solution of the other forums like windows
    forums and youtube videos but nothing worked. Please help me, I was going to buy the new Forza next month and with this problem i don't know if I will be able to :´(. Thanks.

    How to change region/local at billing information on Xbox Live account?

    @ngocphi The Windows Store region is tied to your Xbox Live billing region, as there is only one region for your whole Windows Live ID. All billing (Windows Store, Windows Phone Store, and Xbox Live) is tied together to the same billing information and region

    Customer service refunded my game without my permission and now it costs more than what I paid

    The game is still installed and in my games but opening it says like "You aren't authorized to play this, go to store to buy" and store says pay 59.99 instead of play.

    my most recent saves for The Outer Worlds are missing for some reason

    If you aren't signed in to Xbox Live in the game, it stored save file in a Local user profile. Just needed to go to Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10 folder user profile, and then move the files from LOCAL to the profile for Xbox Live

    xbox app wont open closes immediately

    Having the exact same issue with mine. There was no connect option on the app when I originally turned the tablet on, so guessed it needed updating and updated it. Now it just opens briefly then closes again.

    Tried the Powershell uninstall and reinstall through windows store but still no luck. Sadly those troubleshooting steps aren't useful for the issue I'm having.

    I've noticed there is an issue with xbox live on the xbox app on error codes at the moment. Don't know if this is related?

    If you've added the balance to your account, you should be able to open the Microsoft Store and then purchase the content there. Make sure that you aren't trying to purchase the content from the Microsoft Store if you are planning in playing the game on Windows, because the content available on the Microsoft Store is for Xbox One/Series X|S only.
