Xbox live and subscriptions

I have been scammed by microsoft 3 times now...... this is the 3rd time. I redeemed a yearly membership code for xbox live 2 months ago and now it says i have ran out. I also purchased a $50 gift card that i used to buy a month of ultimate game pass that
i used once, and now is charging me for reacurring fees. I asked a man twice the last time this happened to turn off my reacurring fees, which i also did my self (just to make sure). And its still saying i owe them money. The last time this happened they took
away a year of my xbox live because i (didnt pay for my ultimate game pass) which i didnt have ever, and i eneded up paying $16 and only getting 1 month of xbox live gold back...... this then happened agian a couple months later then was fixed and now again......
This comoany has taken so much of my money by doing this that i now cant enjoy playing video games everyother weekend. I hope everyone read this all the way through! And for any potentisl microsoft employees taht see this and dont help, i hope you get coal
