Xbox Live and Microsoft Store was down

I tried to buy bioshock 2 and was considering infinite but when I tried to buy it the store was down. After chatting with support I was going to give up on the sale price. But this morning I checked deals with gold and it showed all three games at on sale
but for the full price even though marked down at 80%. I then called support and he told me to post in forums. Incidentally during my phone call the title dissapeared from deals with gold. This was less than an hour ago.

Xbox/Microsoft Store Down?

So I was going to buy something in the Xbox/Microsoft store but I can't open anything in the store. This is what it says every time I try, "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." Well I've been trying for three days now.
I looked up the code but nothing comes up for it. The code is 0x000001F7

Please I just want to get one thing, just one.
