why can’t I get on XBOX Live for the 3rd night in a row and I have been sat at 55th in the chat queue for half an hour! This is appalling service! I have just paid £14.99 for a code as it wouldn’t let me subscribe directly through my Xbox only for it to
accept the code, say I’m a gold user and then ask me to sign up again when trying to play online! I want me money back! I misswd out on the month for a £1 just to get online by buying a code! Was told yesterday on the chat that people on Gold already can get
online and I cant

It disconnects me from Live without a code.

The Ethernet cable is brand new, and so is the router.

All external devices have been removed.

Corrupt data removed.

Cleared cache three times and then power cycle

Still, when playing a game, I will receive a party invite, or private chat and if I try to join, I will join, talk for a while and then be kicked from party, and then eventually disconnected from Live.

Once I was able to stay connected to a party, but then I was disconnected from the EA servers while playing NHL 15.

May I ask what you see when it disconnects you, is there any error message or code?

Do you have another location, ( family or friends house) you can connect it and see if you get the same issue?

Have you tried changing out the Ethernet cable for a new one?

Have you tried removing any external memory devices or the HDD and see if it gives the same issue?

Have you checked for corrupt data?

When you cleared the cache did you do so THREE times and then powercycle the unit? (Turn off unit using the button on the console not the controller , remove power cord for one full minute, timed).

Have you run the Test Connection and if so, aside from current Service Alerts, what does it say?
