Xbox Live and Amazon Prime Video Streaming

Discus and support Xbox Live and Amazon Prime Video Streaming in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have the proper accounts set up, yet when I go to Amazon.com on a computer, I see tons of videos I can stream for free.     Xbox Live and Amazon Prime Video Streaming


    I have the proper accounts set up, yet when I go to Amazon.com on a computer, I see tons of videos I can stream for free. I see none of these videos via xbox live. What am I missing here?

    Issue with Amazon Prime app on Xbox One since the Windows 10 / Experience update

    The video quality of the Amazon Prime app has severely diminished since the Xbox One Experience update.

    It looks like the video streaming is hampered by the update. It looks like a stream over a bad connection.

    I can switch to a Roku device on the same switch and the Amazon Prime app worked perfectly. I can watch Netflix and Hulu on the Xbox One without issue, but it's just the Amazon Prime video app that has been adversely effected by the update. As a result,
    I no longer use the Xbox One apps to watch video content.

    Anyone else have this issue?

    Disk Problems

    I've had the same problem. Disc reading error and I can't acess the beta forums. Also twitch streaming und Amazon prime video does not work!

    The app sucks for finding what you wanna watch. I always look on pc and add them to my view list, that way you can go to that in the app.

    That is exactly what I have found and have done. Also I learned I have to be patient for videos to show up on the watch list.

    I have problems authenticating in or the service being unavailable periodically. When the authentication completes I get in fine and the service is usable. Tried a Microsoft supprot call back but that system asks me to press 1 to connect to a support rep
    and then fails to recognise a 1. My Amazon prime trial is going to end without a conversion to a new customer.

    My Xbox One has stopped streaming the video the video portion of Amazon Prime Video. I have worked thru all the the trouble shooting on the xbox and amazon lists.

    Prime Video and Netflix not streaming

    All Prime Video memberships let you stream up to three titles at the same time, but you can only
    stream the same title on two devices at a time. Even Netflix's most affordable price plan is about the same as
    Amazon Prime Video.

    Check each service plan for further info on streaming.
