xbox live ambassador hacking and kicking people offline

hi my friend on xbox live got kicked off of xbox live by an xbox live ambassador. then this same kid that kicked him offline hacked his profile and sent a message to the person that owns the account and said if you don't want to be my friend I am going to
take your account from you for ever and the account has credit cards attached to it and he is also kicking other people offline also and I tried helping the kid and his grandmother. but don't know what else to do please help.

REPORT *[Mod Removed]* as written for hacking. He plays bo2 on 360/one and has been hacking and kicking people offline.

I keep getting kicked off xbox live every few minutes

To start, I keep on getting kicked of xbox live. This happens more often when I appear offline rather then appear offline. One of my friends friends is threatening me that the hacking group Anonymous is after me. I am fairly confident that he is kicking
me offline and that is disappointing. It is disappointing that Microsoft allows people to hack others through xbox. I am confident that he is hacking me through xbox because my computer and other Wi-Fi devices are working fine. All i ask is that someone helps
stop this and allow me to play xbox live. That is all.

All you can do is report him via your console. As for hacking your friends account, that is almost impossible unless he gave him his login details. However, he should call support and have them open an unauthorized access investigation. His account will
be frozen during the investigation.

Exactly as above. If the person involved knows the gamertag of the person who sent this message and they are an ambassador then send a pm to Mister Fizzle so he can look into it as well.

well you can't call xbox for another person in this case your friend needs to call xbox & talk to xbox

Its apparently easy to boot people I have solid proof I was hacked and have no problem placing his gamertag in the thread zufg orpheus kicked 3 of us offline and xbox live couldnt care a bit.
