XBOX Live Age Authentication XML error: Korea Region

Hi,

How can I authenticate and verify my age a different way? I've tried it via mobile phone (typically the easiest way to do it in Korea), and I've tried it on my PC and phone using the Korean app that completes the data validation with a phone number.

It seems that the issue wasn't resolved for the last person and it was also posted about 2 weeks ago so I just commented there instead of making a new post. But, someone told me that I should make a new post and offered no other advice so here we are.

Please don't respond if you don't have a solution in mind.

I found a fix. Changed region in my profile, no verification needed.

My account was hacked and the account region was set to South Korea and its asking me to verify my age

I ain't in South Korea I'm in Jamaica

I currently tried to add more live but am having an error. I believe it is because I'm now stationed in South Korea. I tried to change my region but Korea is not on the list for Xbox One. What should I do?

My xbox360 region is US.. But I live in Korea and bought Recore in Korea MS store. Because I can't change region to Korea.

Is it problem?
