    Hello I just came back to xbox for first time in months and didn't have any xbox live and had already bought a 3 month prepaid code but when I were about to redeem it I saw that for a limited price xbox live cost 10 SEK (1 euro-ish) and bought that instead
    to wait with the code but I still don't have live, when I go into my settings on the web browser and on my xbox it says it ends in 1 month (12/18) and 1 euro has been taken from my credit card. But when i try to do something that involves multiplayer it says
    I have to buy gold, I have tried starting Fortnite and COD WW2 and same thing happens. I am also able to take the Games with gold games which I have, What am I supposed to do?

    Xbox ONE Live Gold has never worked?

    After rebooting the Xbox and modem my Gold Live account still isn't enabling me to play live although the account is active. Help please.

    I think your Live Gold subscription probably expired so every game you gathered while it was active isn't playable anymore. You have to subscribe again to play them.

    Tenure Reset Issue

    While what you are saying is partially true, it is not the whole truth.

    If the Xbox Live Gold falls off the account, the tenure goes on pause. While in this state, it is reset to zero. If Xbox Live Gold is reinstated on the account, the tenure goes back to play. While in this state, it will recalculate and show up again from
    where it left off.

    This is where my problem comes in, my tenure isn't coming back. I have had Xbox Live since 2004, 8 of those years has been active (play mode) tenure while 2 of those years have been inactive (pause mode). These are rough estimations but I would like to
    know when my tenure is going to come back if ever?

    When a game is on Game Pass and free on Games with Gold...

    Dont worry about appearing in Xbox Game Pass tab, looks like a bug in the operative system and isn't happening just with Gears of War 4, at least I experienced that bug with other games. If you went to "Buy" when was in his gold time you always will be
    available to play while you have a Xbox Live Gold subscription active.
