    Xbox Live Activation Card Glitched :(


    Alright, So I have just bought an Xbox Live $60 Card for 12 Months of Xbox Live. On my Xbox one I was on the YouTube App when I entered the code for the Redeem Card. As I entered the code and it wasn't in the loading screen, my screen just kinda like split,
    glitched out to a point where it backed out of the whole entire menu. When I try to start a party it still told me that I didn't have Xbox Live Gold, so I thought oh, I'll just have to let it Set in. I waited about 15mins And it is still saying i do not have
    Xbox Live Gold. Did I waste My $60 on an Xbox Card, or is there a way someone could help me?

    If the card is not activated then you should speak to where you purchased the Xbox live card from and request they activate it for you.

    On Xbox 360 is Xbox live. It activates itself and the method of payment with credit card. But the card that was attached is no longer valid. I have money put on a single MS account, but I can't, the money did pay for a subscription to Xbox live. To stop

    Nope. It should be valid because the cashier doesn't have to activate the card. It comes packaged in the box. Could it be that the code was glitched?
