Xbox live acount suspended due to owed money

my account has been suspended untill I pay back owed money for xbox live. I cancelled auto renew agees ago but aparently its back on and had no idea it had tried to take money out. I can't contact customer support online because I 've got a new phone number
and not the one that was linked to my account and because ive updated to a new number im locked out of talking to support.

account suspended due to my payment option

Hey guys my account was recently suspended due to the fact that my dad had no money in the credit card, he recently put money in it so microsoft would be paid the amount owed by my membership, so far its been a 2 days and my accounts still suspended someone
pleasee help solve this problem i want to play games online!

My account has been stopped from signing online

if you have an outstanding payment due on your account you won't be able to use it until the payment has been paid.

You need to Change your Payment plan for your Xbox LIVE Membership

please note though if you do owe them money and the account is suspended, you will need to pay what is owed before they resume your full services.

Some one told me if you pay money they will give you your account back is this true I put a lot of money in to my game

The only time this would be the case is if the account was suspended due to a debt owed. (past due subscription, etc)
