    Xbox live account won't work after Bann ended


    Why can I not play on my account it says it ends on the 4/01/18 but it's not working still 5/01/18

    Xbox account will not download on xbox 360

    I couldn't log in to my account, after some searching I found a post that said to delete my account and re-download it (I have xbox live, and have for years) so I did. That didn't work so I ended up doing a series of things in hopes of downloading my account.
    I cleared the cache, changed my account password, I even ended up formatting my HDD but nothing has worked.

    Any other ideas?

    I am having this exact same issue and error code. Another friend of mine is as well. No emails from xbox live. Account hasn't been banne dor anything.
