xbox live account wont sign in

Discus and support xbox live account wont sign in in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; ok so my brother has an xbox and it asked him to verify his password and everything but its saying its wrong so we tried deleting it and redownloading...     ok so my brother has an xbox and it asked him to verify his password and everything but its saying its wrong so we tried deleting it and redownloading its still saying its wrong but if you go onine it will sign in after you have verified the account please

    my xbox 360 wont sign in too any xbox live accounts.

    Have you cleared system coach by going to the memory unity and pressing Y. Then re download your profile again.

    I tried this eventually got it fixed through a live chat on the xbox website they was really hepful just to let you know.
