xbox live account transferred to email i actually use?

I have an Xbox account with an old email that I never use anymore.

I also have an email I use for everything that has somehow gotten an Xbox account I have never signed into. (I have no idea how it got set up, and I would like to delete it.)

I want to put my Xbox Live account and the email I use together without losing my emails or the games I bought. Is that possible?

That is awesome, but I worry about the email to which I am transferring my Xbox account. It already has a junk xbox live account that I don't remember making.

Yes you can change it and won't lose any progress as long as it is in the cloud. Here is the process to change it:

Sadly I wish I could simply just change the email however I can't because my mom is still using and needed her Microsoft account and email. And I do not wish to transfer the data form the Xbox live profile to new profile I wish to transfer the actual Xbox
Live profile to a new Microsoft account.

Actually, even if there's no Xbox live account associated yet on that account, the system will not allow you to add it as an alias. All Microsoft related emails are reserved domain so you may need to use a 3rd party email. But if what you're trying is to
transfer your gamertag to a new email. Then doing it over an xbox 360 console will allow you to use a Microsoft email as long as it does not have any gamertags yet.

If I transfer my XBOX Live account to my new email, will the games I purchased be associated to the new email as well? How will I play the games I purchased using the old email?
