    Xbox Live Account Transfer


    I have recently bought an xbox one and in the process of signing into my former microsoft account from my xbox 360 it appears that my account data and information has been lost?

    I sign into the exact same account where my gamertag was previously xCanterbury, but is now the xbox issued 'SandyAntelope15' and i have no friends, games or achievements etc.

    Help would be much appreciated on this matter.

    Yea, a friend of mine transferred his Live account to his xbox one and all his money and points were transferred with him.

    I would suggest contacting support man. You definitely signed in the wrong email for your gamertag. Support might be able to verify the correct email for your account. Its probably one of your old emails.

    This normally happens if you used your old email and have been using a newer email recently. You sometimes thought that you're using that newer email for your account.

    Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
    360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

    You can't transfer DLC to an offline account. Downloadable content is tied to the account it's purchased from, always. Doing a license transfer will only transfer the right to the content to another console, for use by the downloader account, and other account
    as long as they're connected to Xbox Live.
