Xbox Live Account: Toxiic Cinema

Hello. I am here to gain a bit more knowledge of the decision that was made against my account. Just recently, May 3rd to be exact, my account (Toxiic Cinema) was permanently banned due to account tampering. I received an email about this situation a while
back, and figured I should fix it as soon as possible. Doing just that, I called a Microsoft customer service member to help me fix the situation. The member guided me through the process, and finally the situation had been fixed. And now, here I am, banned
for life. When I had appealed my suspension a couple days back, they simply claimed that they had no record of me calling, which is a straight lie. I have documentation and my phone company saying something different. I'm 100% positive that I called, even
though Microsoft has claimed I have not. If need be, I will provide a complete phone record showing that I have contacted Microsoft on this issue before. Thousands of dollars have been poured into that account, so you can understand why I am upset. I ask you
to look into this a bit further as I have been a member of the community for over 8 years, and would hate for it all to be washed away due to a small offensive, such as this one. Thank you.

Blu ray is unwatchable :-(

I've made the decision to relegate the xbox one to the living room from the cinema room ,as it's just not getting any use as a blu ray player because of its faults , the PS3 is going back to the cinema room , the 360 will stay in the cinema room for the "Live " experience

I think this is pretty cool. Can't wait to test it although I still think I will keep buying xbox consoles for my living room and hook them up to my home cinema.
