Xbox Live Account "TooBeast49" Suspended

Hello,

So, my Xbox Live account was suspended due to Illegal Purchases of Microsoft Points, which I did not do.

The story of what happened is: I sold my old xbox 360 to some guy(3 years ago and numerous different phones so I have no way to contact him) and he has been using my, as well as, my grandmothers debit cards that I forgot were on my account as well as he
has been using my Xbox Live account to purchase said MP. Of course, we have been calling Microsoft and our banks to reverse these transactions since it has well exceeded $1,000 in purchases.

Well, I was playing NBA 2k16 and a pop up appeared stating that my Xbox Live was disconnected due to the illegal purchases(pretty sure it didn't actually say that but that's what I'm calling it) and that my account was suspended til 12/31/9999. I know if
get a review, they aren't going to let me tell them what had happened so I was wondering what I should do? Please, I really need help to fix this. I had just bought re-newed my Xbox Live membership less than 2 months ago and I also have put money on some of
these games so I cannot afford to lose my account or my information. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you!

got home turn on my Xbox sign in to my account I noticed that I was suspended for no reason

 

Other than file a case review enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo there's not much else you can do.

 

Did you open an unautherized access case when this first happened?

 

What is an unauthorized access case?

I tried submitting a case review but it said that my enforcement didn't meet the requirements, then I did the questionnaire, got one wrong on all three tries, and it told me to try again in 24 hours...which is dumb.

 

An unauthorized access investigation is what support will run if your account has been compromised (used by someone else). There's no guarantee it will remove your ban, but if they do determine that everything happened while your account was out of your
possession, they might be able to. You would have to contact support again to start an investigation.

For future reference, if you do notice someone using your account on another 360, you can go here to remove your profile from all consoles -
live.xbox.com/.../Protection

No he only said what the OP needs to do. Which is contact phone support to have a unauthorized access claim started. Which is a 'bit' more than just a shrug and too bad. We are all only gamers like you not microsoft support so thats who he needs to cotact
