Xbox live account stolen

So, this is my second windows account, but the one I use for my main xbox live account was stolen just today. I received a ton of emails from microsoft account security saying that some random email was signed into my account and deleting all of my security
information. Whoever this was deleted the email that was linked to my microsoft account, and replaced that email with his. I have his email, but I've got no clue what the password is. He spent $100 off of my card for some sort of FIFA points, and now I have
absolutely no access to my account. I've spoken with microsoft and xbox support and neither have provided any help, and I definitely don't want to lose all the content I have on that account. So, I know this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone have a clue
of any step I could further take ? This is my first forum post but I really appreciate any help you guys could provide.

How to hack any account

Bro, why would you put something like this up? There are already enough accounts being stolen on Xbox Live as it is. Why give a reason to add to it? Just think about if it was your account that someone did this with.

Contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation on your account. That's your best option at this point - Support can help try and recover your account.

 

1. Contact Xbox Support, Report the problem, they will be able to put your account on hold.

2. Contact your card issuer, place the card on hold or report unauthorized activity.

3. Wait for Xbox/Issuer to give a refund and make things right.

4. While waiting, change your account information, add security questions along with 2 step verification security.

5. Get your account back
