Xbox live Account shut down

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my xbox live Account. I've brought the 3 Month xbox live membership But now my Account closed. If I try to connect with xbox live I get a announcement "this Profile is Not allowed to play on xbox live" What could I do?

Disable Microsoft account

Does disabling your microsoft account associated with your xbox live account just shut down xbox live on the account, or does it shut down the whole account so it is not accessible offline either? Thanks for any help.

Closing or deleting my XBox Live account

Trying to shut down my account but don't see the option anywhere. How do I close or delete my XBox live account?

Sounds like you may be in arrears with the service. You can check to see if you owe any money at
Sign in to your Microsoft account. If you can't find anything there then give support a call and see if they can help you out.

Is your Xbox Live Account was a Silver Account before you got Gold? Try to sign in your Xbox Account on Laptop/Device on Xbox.com before you go to your Xbox 360/One Console to check it or check your Wi-Fi/Internet Modem/Router connection & see if its Restricted
because a Restricted or Moderate NAT Type will Restrict you from Xbox Live on a Silver Account or if that doesn't work go to Xbox Live Support, to go my Account, Contact us, My Account again, Gamertag and Profile or Changes to Xbox Live Gold, and Choose Contact

if 360 servers get shut down then would't the xbox one servers be shut down? arent they the same live service?!

try to sign out of account, then do a full computer shut down, then turn back on , sign into account, then start the xbox live app, now try to start game.

Nope when mine goes down and has expired it will stay dead. Technically you don't officially own your Xbox live account. If Microsoft wanted too they could shut down the Xbox live service with a click of a finger rendering everything anything or everything
related to your account useless and inaccessible.
