Hello wxjh2001, if you were trying to purchase an Xbox Live Gold while you're in Hongkong or Brazil, make sure first that your credit card is allowed to make purchases online or outside your physical region/country.

Please make sure your billing info matches the region you are in. If your console is set for Brazil but your billing info is Hong Kong you will receive and error. You can update your billing info at account.microsoft.com.
