Xbox live account problem

I paid live gold monthly... When began a new month I decided to pay yearly. So I canceled Xbox live gold in my microsoft account and I wanted to start new payment. Payment does not work. My microsoft accoun says "xbox live gold finished on 17.9." and xbox.com
says "xbox live gold is active". So now I can not play games with gold in my Xbox One and I can not pay and activate it. Please help

How can you tell if an account is the primary account? I know these are total noob questions I've only had my xbone for like 2 months.Click to expand... No problem. Using your account, you have to set the xbox as your home console. The first account you registered to the system the xbox will be attached to it as the home console.

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

Call xbox Customer support, it seems like your auto renewal may have tried to hit and wasn't able to, and threw the account into a decline state,if that's not the case then it could be something to do with your billing account being messed up somehow, so
giving support a call is definitely a good Idea on all fronts. alternatively you can also use the cat support feature on the website, and see if a chat agent can help you out.

Like, my old EA- Account has the same Mail as my Live- ID to which my xbox live account is linked.

May THIS cause the problem? But I don't see here the problem just to link my xbox live account to my origin- account!

Hi i have problem because on my account where I have xbox live gold and xbox live without gold there seems to be a problem with signing in to xbox and I don't have Internet on those accounts whereas on my sisters account where she doesn't have xbox live
there is no problem and Internet works fine. The error code is 8015820A

I was having the same problem, I was able to resolve the problem by creating a new Xbox live account since using the new account I have been able to unlock all the Mahjong games, so it would appear the problem is with the Xbox live account settings.
