    Xbox Live account problem


    Hello,

    i ve been having a major unsolved problem. Before a month or so, i sign in for the fisrt time at xbox.com to check my live account all because i bought a mobile with WP8, and the games app could neither log me in nor let me download games. By logging into
    my xbox live account at the xbox.com site, i found out that i can not really change anything in my account, like, gamertag, picture, or it wont even let me choose an avatar ( my avatar is the grey ghost like avatar before you choose/create your own ). After
    chatting with the online support for about 2 hours , the outcome was to use another microsoft account, hence another email. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

    Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

    Hi all

    I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

    why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

    May THIS cause the problem? But I don't see here the problem just to link my xbox live account to my origin- account!

    Hi i have problem because on my account where I have xbox live gold and xbox live without gold there seems to be a problem with signing in to xbox and I don't have Internet on those accounts whereas on my sisters account where she doesn't have xbox live

    I was having the same problem, I was able to resolve the problem by creating a new Xbox live account since using the new account I have been able to unlock all the Mahjong games, so it would appear the problem is with the Xbox live account settings.
