    Xbox live account problem


    Today I have found out how bad xbox live is when it comes to providing account support. I tried to log into my profile online today and got a message saying my account has provably been hacked. I must admit I no longer have access to the email account liked
    to that account but I should still be able to recover it. But no it seems that is not possible because I tried to log in ticked the box saying I did not have access to the old email and put in a new email and then sent that. They said I would get a link to
    change and override the old details but then I get an email with a link that sends me back to the same form i filled out! I would not mind all of this but I clearly entered my credit card info and all other details so I have done all that I can to prove I
    am the real account owner and yet still I get sent back to the same form.

    Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

    Hi all

    I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

    why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

    sounds like an online loop error , for account issues it is always best to call telephone support as they have access to personal info.

    May THIS cause the problem? But I don't see here the problem just to link my xbox live account to my origin- account!

    I was having the same problem, I was able to resolve the problem by creating a new Xbox live account since using the new account I have been able to unlock all the Mahjong games, so it would appear the problem is with the Xbox live account settings.
