    Xbox live account permanently suspended?


    My sons account has been suspended forever. We believe that someone else has accessed his account. His gamer tag is CentricWizard3. I couldn't log into the forum under his name to query this because he is 9. Could someone please provide some detailed info
    in regards to this. Thanks in advance

    Am I being paranoid?

    Basically I have this fear that one day I will lose my Xbox Live account forever - aka, get permanently banned or have an extraneous situation occur where I will no longer be able to access my account.

    I never use my microphone, and I have my Xbox settings on friends only. I've accumulated an ass ton of gamerscore too over the years.


    ...So yeah, am I just being a paranoid freak? I have this irrational fear that I will, one day lose my Xbox Live account and everything I had worked on it.

    Does anyone else have this fear? About losing an account forever?

    My xbox live has been permanently banned for apparent: Marketplace theft.

    Help please

    Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.

    Changing Windows ID

    If your account is temporarily suspended, you will be able to change its Live ID after the suspension ends.

    If your account is banned (suspended permanently), you will not be able to change its Live ID.

    I was permanently suspended for nudity/sexual content and I have a temporary console suspension on my new account.

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

    If you were permanently banned you would not be able to sign in to xbox live at all.

    Are there any other accounts on your console?

    If so,check that they are not suspended.
