    Xbox Live Account Permanent Ban


    We have 2 Xbox Accounts one of which has been permanently banned for apparant cheating, my son uses this account and is 12 years old and clearly doesnt know what he was doing while playing GTA online, they pushed back the review and now i cannot dispute
    it or complain anywhere, the biggest issue is that account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** has close to 80 games paid for which i now cannot access, how do it get these moved or transferred over to my other account.

    I paid for these games so i am entitled to them, please can someone help me.
