Xbox live account on PC

have you tried making your account (on the pc) a local account, should be somewhere in the personal settings options.

This will remove the link with the account to your Microsoft account (and that Xbox Live account)

After that you should be able to connect your own xbox live account to the account on the pc (when opting for connecting a microsoft account) to specify your own Microsoft account (and Xbox Live account)

I hope it's some what understandable...

Well this is the new account so as you can see the e-mail account is taken... This is really stupid, not all Xbox Live users have an Xbox... I know it may sound stupid but Microsoft made it that way: to play AoE online (on PC) you make an Xbox Live account;
to use Xbox music (on Windows 8, so PC) you have to make an Xbox Live account.

So if you have to have an Xbox Live account to use services on PC, we should at least be able to have full "control" of our accounts if i may say so... Isn't it possible by contacting the service?

Hi,

if you move your xbox live account to the outlook account currently connected to the PC user, then all should be updated with the correct xbox live profile. You might loose some savegames on the PC though.

Just be sure the PC (or any other windows device) is not turned on when executing steps 3 and 4.

Your xbox live membership will be on there still if its the same account on the pc and your still using the same account on Xbox

Disconnecting your microsoft account from your pc account, will allow you to connect via a different microsoft account for each app.

You could also connect the microsoft account with your xbox live account to the pc account.
