Good morning, I'm receiving an improper purchase of the renewal of the Xbox Live account of a game I do not even have anymore ... I was on holiday the month of January and only today I checked the collection of 02-01 on my card ..

I would like to refund the amount debited as soon as possible ...

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

any help thanks

Sharing gold membership between accounts on xbone

As long as the primary account have xbox live gold all other accounts get xbox live as well

Not 100% sure what you are saying but no one on the forums can issue refunds.

You would need to contact support

If it's an in game subscription you would need to contact that games customer support.

Since it is a pre existing games for windows account it goes by that region

You will have to create an new Xbox live account with a new windows live id

The games are tied to the original owners Xbox live account. I am sorry but you will probably need to buy the games on your Xbox live account or buy the physical disks of the games. There isn't much you can do as the games were bought on the previous owners
