Xbox Live Account not working

I just bought a new Xbox One Xand I was just trying to transfer over everything and get my gamertag signed on. When I try to sign on it doesn't produce an error code or anything it just prompts me to try to sign on again. I moved my games and account settings
via network transfer that didn't work so I bought an external SSD to transfer my games and that still didn't solve my account issue. I have I turned off and on my console, called all the possible numbers, I submitted an account recovery form twice and both
have came back verified. I've reset my Xbox one X (brand new) three times to try and clear any bugs. I'm just hoping someone on here may have a solution. My older Xbox One S (that I still have) was still letting me play online, until today I was instructed
to remove my account in hopes of troubleshooting with the xbox live helpline personnel and now my One S is unble to download my gamertag too. I've reset my password seven times with the times I spoke with Xbox Live support. So I'm beginning to think that my
WLID email may have been disconncted because it is such an old email company. But I am unable to change my email or anything because I have to login under my invalid WLID for anything to change. I have invested 13 years into xbox live with my account with
downloaded games and microtransactions. I had to make a new account today to just make this forum to try and get anybody's help. So sorry for the length of this forum but I'm exhausting all resources to try and get a solution.

I forgot to add that I did try unassigning my old console as the "Home Xbox" as well when I was able to access my preferences for the account. But now that I can't log on, I can't change any preferences.

maybe you should convert your new xbox to the main console maybe that's why it doesn't let you download all your content as a system security measure

Had tried all of the troubleshooting options and I was starting to get desperate but I used that chat session and now everythings working properly! Very helpful.

When the steps asks you to clear your cache, always do it three times in a row.

Please do go through the steps from top to bottom, even if you have already tried some of the previously.
