Xbox live account [need help]

So I havnt put gold on my account for a couple months and I recently put gold on it the other day and I realized that my tenure was gone(number in the top right corner of the profile.) I was curious to if it will reappear again or is it gone forever?

i cant sign in!!! help!!

ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help!

It isnt gone forever if it was there befor it can be fixed

It only shows the years you are a gold member.

If your not gold for a while it doesn't show. Besides, it's not that big an issue.

It's just an imaginary number, like Gamerscore or Ambassador Levels.

It should come back eventually. I have 6 years myself and I've been off of gold a few times in the past year. I get my tenure back when I get back on gold.

This is a Microsoft Account issue, this is not something that we can help you with over the forums. You will need to try to reset the password first, if you are unable
to please fill out the Microsoft Account recovery form here.

If you don't know the e-mail attached to the account, you will need to contact phone support.

If you are unable to do either, you will need to make a post on the Microsoft Account forums here and explain the situation. As previously

Maybe you can do something via the recovery form and if that fails perhaps Xbox Support is able to do something, to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) use http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
