Xbox live account locked

Hi,

My xbox live account is locked (and has been locked for a very very long time). I no longer own the email the account is associated with. I have filled out The Form over twenty times to be told I haven't put enough information in it. It asks questions like
'what were the last emails u sent?'. How would you be able to verify what emails I sent if they weren't from a Microsoft account (which they aren't)?

I don't even want access to Xbox live. I just want you to stop charging my card every year and a refund for all the years you've locked it and I've been unable to use it.

i always buy 1 year at a time.. i always miss the xbox live sale one.. i have yet to lock a cc to my account....
i will have to look into amazon as an option at 40 dolars thats a killer deal.

question about digital games without gold

If they are on xbox one and the xbox they are playing on has someone with a live account their accounts have live too.

Also, digital don't require gold, only online. So make sure what you are buying doesn't require online play and they will be fine.

As others noted, you have to buy it on their account unless you are sharing systems with them else it will be locked to you and you can't give digital stuff away from your own account.

All games work without gold except online required games (soley online play) and they will say golds required if you read the small print.

If there is an investigation with your xbox live account, Microsoft locks while the investigation is going on. Until they are done, it will remain locked.

Your account may be locked by the xbox system. If it see suspicious activity or incorrect reign or billing address on an xbox account it can locked your billing account. Now in a normal situation you would just call xbox support, verify your account and
then the lock could be removed after a few days. Now if your not in a reign supported by xbox live you are always going to have issue's redeeming a code. I'd advise looking at the reign on your xbox live account and then contacting customer support for that
reign, if you can confirm the account they might be able to help you, other wise the lock would remain on the account forever.

my xbox live was working just fine and I accidently pressed a pass lock on the xbox live. I kno the pass lock but I cant connect to xbox live now and I need help. ive tried the steps they suggested andnone work. once I have the xbox live working I can
take the pass lock off as with xbox live , I have access to account management but I cant connect to xbox live. I need help

sorry you cannot license transfer season pass through 2 xbox live accounts as the season pass once purchased on 1 xbox live account will be locked always to that account.

I know you cannot sign into the account in two different places at the same time. I am saying the account is LOCKED on my xbox, and I cannot sign into live but I am allowed to sign into the account. I can sign on other xbox live accounts just fine. I dunno
why the account was locked, but it would be nice if it was unlocked?
