Xbox Live account linked with someone elses

I have xbox live but somehow my account has gotten linked with someone who hasn't purchased live. this is preventing me from accessing online capabilities. Is there anyway to get my account back??

XBox Live Account Hacked

My XBox Live account was hacked tonight and someone has purchased items using my linked PayPal account. The purchased £68.00 worth of points. Has this happened to anybody else tonight?

Maybe he is playing in someone else's Xbox Live account. A friend of mine bought his cousin's 360 and does that.

Wasn't me, would have been the mod you contacted. I just commented so you knew it had been reopened after other was deleted, due to this one being opened again
