    Xbox Live Account life counter reset from 6 years to 0 years.


    So, 5 months ago my account was hacked and Xbox made me a new email and moved my account over. Well, I didn't notice until now, that my 6 year active xbox live counter went from 6 years to 0 years. I need to go back to 6 years, and not show 0. It may seem
    small to others, but I really want my 6 years to show. I tried talking to them in chat and they gave me a case number and told me that only here can they help me. So hopefully someone can email me soon and resolve my issue.

    Tenure - silly question

    I have 0 but i noticed some gamers have 2, 3, 6, years etc and i wonder what that means ? Are the years you was gold ? Because if so i wonder why the 2 years i was gold don't count and appears as 0. Thanks in advance!

    Account Migration Issue With Xbox Live Tenure Not Specified

    Hi men im from Chile and i have the same problem. I've been in Xbox live for 2 years and now than i migrate my account from Chile to USA they reset my tenure to 0.

    I can't even delete my profile from the HDD it really sucks

    @miss portia...yes that was the problem i figured out as soon as i deleted it ...it went back to normal had both consoles on to do the test
