Xbox live account issue

Hello, I was playing a custom game of Halo. I sent a message to my recent players inviting them to my lobby. Then a few minutes later I got removed from my custom game lobby randomly! It said easy anticheat detected an issue. Then it says I don't have a connection to xbox live or something like that. On my xbox profile it says I can't send messages and to check "enforcements" online. When I view the enforcements page of my profile online it says

I am very scared because the only thing I did today was play a couple games and send that message to my recent players. If I was doing something inappropriate like calling someone something mean or betraying people I would understand, but I didn't do anything. If this happens again I'll be scared to even sign into this profile ever again, but I also don't want to have to make a whole new profile.. I need some help please.

It sounds like you have a corrupted profile. Try deleting the profile and recovering it.

Unfortunately nothing can be transferred between accounts. However, if you the console set as account #1's Home, you can purchase a game and share it with other accounts that way.

As far as the points, you'd want to contact Microsoft Rewards support.

Thanks, wish it was made a bit clearer about the rolling membership, prob is i just not noticed.

Here we get to the issue of why i cancelled the Cc, companies taking money they arent entitled to, the Cc no longer exists.

So am i going to now have to pay another years sub even if i didnt want it?

You can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do about it, but most likely you will have to pay the balance you owe.
