Xbox Live account is GOLD but it's not showing in my Xbox website or my Xbox 360.

I have a Xbox Live GOLD signature until 10/06/2015 that shows in my Microsoft account, but in my Xbox homepage or in my Xbox 360 it says I have a Live FREE account. What can I do to solve this problem?

I just got Xbox LIVE GOLD but my profile on the dashboard is showing as Xbox LIVE Free.

Does it take a while for GOLD to be applied? Because under 'Manage Memberhsips' and on the Xbox website it's showing me as having LIVE Gold, but my Xbox profile doesn't seem to recognise that I have it?

Hi guys,

I recently picked up a new xbox one and had a Xbox 360 previously. I have been a member of live since 2007 and it showed on my xbox 360 my number of xbox live years. When i received my xbox one i started it it is not showing my years of service, why is that?
I had silver for a few months inbetween xbox 360 and xbox one but i have gold now. Why is my tenure not showing up on the xbox one account but did on the xbox 360? Thanks guys

 

I also have this problem, I bought it two days ago. I got an email confirming I bought it but it's not updating. Hope someone has an answer.

 

If you both can see here that your account status is gold,

It still says I'm silver on the website too. I tried to remove my billing info so I could try on an other account but it says I need to cancel my current subscriptions. But when I go to subscriptions, nothing is there except something saying to buy Xbox
Live Gold. This is very frustrating because I want to play online because my current account is suspended for two weeks for something I didn't do on purpose.

 

My account in the Sign in to your Microsoft account is not gold, but I have a gold account in the microsoft account management
Sign in to your Microsoft account that has an expiration date in 2015.

 

My doesn't say anything anywhere :/

 

To add to Jem's advice if you see gold under the commerce page then I would say it's not syncing with the console and something to get sync it all straight away is deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the
console and re-download the profile.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

 

For @I get rekt m8 I for the simplest solution you should be calling the customer service first to undo the current subscription. I think the account is suspended due payment failing. If the customer service have done that, you should be able to get gold
again.

Also @Caio Barca i think you should call the customer service as well. I don't know what the issue is here but I am sure the customer service can tell you that.
