XBOX.Live account has wrong gamertag.

I have two gamertags on my XBOX 360 console. Only one is associated with my account. Unfortunately we have been using the other one (preferred) and it has all our 'saves' associated with it!! I have read other posts to try and see what email is associated
with the the prefered gamertag to no avail. Help, please!

You are not supposed to use names or gamertags of other players in xbox.live. Just report the player that was harassing you by filing a complaint:

Get on the account. If you are on the Xbox 360, press the guide button , go to settings > account > account security . You should see the email associated with the account. You can't edit it from the PC or Xbox One for some reason though,.

Thanks for the reply! When I do that it asks me to log in, and the default email it supplies is the one associated with the 'wrong' gamertag, not the one I am actually using.

Getting to Account --> Account Security --> 'Account' is greyed out. Under Profile, Account Security is greyed out as well.

Log on your Xbox. Go to the Right to 'Settings'. Select Profile -> Account Security -> Display Microsoft Account -> Then Select SHOW. B button all the way back out. Sign out then sign back in. It should prompt you to enter email, it should populated automatically.
Press A or Start. Next will appear the password, you should see dots. Press A or Start. It will ask you if you want to remember the password. (That is totally up to you.) The NEXT. You should be signed. Look in the upper right corner by your gamer picture.
It should rotate between your gamertag, email, and friends/message bars. I hope this helps.

Also, once you have both email addresses, there is a way to switch them to the correct email. Use this a reference ..
