    Xbox live account has disappeared.


    Hi all

    My sons Xbox live has disappeared from his console, it was renewed on 26th December last year but it is now saying it expired on 26th December 2016. There is no record of it ever existing I have checked online via Microsoft website. Can anyone help? Thanks.

    My xbox live account has disappeared

    It may have corrupted. These things happen at times.

    Go into your memory, and delete what ever trace of your profile is on there, and only your profile. Then use the download profile option from the sign in page to recover it.

    My xbox live account has disappeared

    I was playing madden 2k13 and then I had to go for dinner so I turned it off when I came back and turned my xbox on again my main live account had disappeared. Why so?

    The steps for what Jameser78 mentions above can be found on our support page for

    Download, move, or delete your Xbox LIVE profile    .



    Our team doesn't usually recommend deleting your profile. You can move it to a USB flash drive, then remove the USB flash drive from the console. Then re-download your profile to the console.
