Xbox Live Account Hacked?

Okay, so last month my Xbox Live account was hacked into, and $120 worth of games was bought on my account. I called Microsoft and they caught the guy who hacked me (And refunded me).

But now something weird has been happening to my account: Whenever I log onto my Xbox One, a few minutes later, it says "Bye Twitch Partner!" (Which is my name on XBL). As if someone logged onto my account and signed me out.

Then, when I got on ROBLOX on the Xbox One, I got an achievement saying I played ROBLOX on Xbox One for 3 days in a row, which Isn't possible, since I only play that game once a week.

Now, the weirdest part: So I only play my Xbox 3 days a week. Recently, I started checking my profile on Xbox.com, and it always says I'm currently online. It doesn't say what game I'm playing, or what I'm doing. It just has a green dot next to my name.

I have deleted my profile from ALL Xbox 360 consoles, I have changed my password, and I have a sign in code on Xbox One. But this still keeps happening.

Anyone know whats going on?

Sharing gold membership between accounts on xbone

As long as the primary account have xbox live gold all other accounts get xbox live as well

 

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

that is just a matter of xbox live server updates. To solve issues like this clear your console cache from time to time as impending files can cause that issue.

I understand that from your previous experience you are very aware of account hacking yet I think this is not the case for a few days before it happened to me as well.

I tried that, and it didn't work.

The same thing is still happening to me.

Could it be that I have the Xbox app on my Windows 10? I never have it open, but it is downloaded.

That would explain how I got the ROBLOX achievement.

 

I still think this is just a server's update issue yet to be sure change your account password and update the security settings.

You'll at least be able to see where and when activity on the MS account took place

Hey EXLEX, that feature is for 360 consoles only. It won't work on the Xbox One. The OP's best option here would be to change the email and/or password of the account.

Is there an activity I can see for Xbox consoles (360 or One) that I can check from a computer?

 

Hey MetallicMakarov! As WPAK said the activity page will allow you to see where you have been singing in and allows you to let Microsoft know if it is not you. I would also suggest making sure your Home console is the one in your home. You can find steps
