xbox live account gone from 24 hour ban to lifetime i guess date disappeared

It now says the below the date has gone? and im still banned the below picture is from it first happend any help would be great rang microsoft said there isnt a department to talk to.

I've just spent £40 on battlefield 1 map expansion has this gone now if i set a new account up?

24 hour communication ban permanent on my account record?

after 11 years of being an Xbox live member i received a 24 hour communication ban. After looking into the page i came across the ambassador program and looked like something i would love to be part of but now that i got a 24 hour ban that makes me ineligible.
i'm curious if because you can't open a case review for a 24 hour or less ban.. does that ban disappear from my account after so long and making me eligible for that program?

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

The end date is removed after the suspension ends. You can try contacting support again to see if you received an extension and they can tell you how long it will last, but they won't have any further information regarding the suspension.

If it is a permanent suspension, you forfeit everything you had on the account. If you had your console set as your Home console, then you would still have access to your games on a new account.

 

ahhh when i went on battlefield it says multiplayer is unavaliable and i cant join any of my friends party chats? but its way past the date any suggestions?
