Xbox Live account down?

For some reason my Xbox live account is down, i pay monthly and on every 8th of the month but its asking me to subscribe to xbox live again, but when i use my current card i get "This payment option is used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be.
Remove it from those accounts and try again, or add a different payment option" i have tried with a totally different card and i get the same answer not sure if this is me or a problem with the Server?

Sharing gold membership between accounts on xbone

As long as the primary account have xbox live gold all other accounts get xbox live as well

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

Is your Xbox Live Account was a Silver Account before you got Gold? Try to sign in your Xbox Account on Laptop/Device on Xbox.com before you go to your Xbox 360/One Console to check it or check your Wi-Fi/Internet Modem/Router connection & see if its Restricted
because a Restricted or Moderate NAT Type will Restrict you from Xbox Live on a Silver Account or if that doesn't work go to Xbox Live Support, to go my Account, Contact us, My Account again, Gamertag and Profile or Changes to Xbox Live Gold, and Choose Contact
