Xbox Live Account can't send messages.

Discus and support Xbox Live Account can't send messages. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Anyone know how to fix this problem? I tried everything and I have a good rep on my account.     Xbox Live Account can't send messages.


    Anyone know how to fix this problem? I tried everything and I have a good rep on my account. I wasn't banned or anything I just couldn't send message to anyone. It keeps on saying "Failed to send message" "Message not sent." and "Check your account". I've
    checked my account a bunch of times, re-checked if I have a bad rep, updated my security info, hard reset my xbox and still, I can't send any message.

    This may be a derp question but: How do I download Gears 2, 3 and Judgement?

    Through xbox live. I bought game at release and they messaged them around a few days after they released the dashboard.

    Can not send message to my friend even though account in good standing with Xbox Live

    Even though having an active Xbox Live Gold membership and account in good standing, can't send any message to my friend. I can receive the messages though.

    Also, tried everything as listed here: Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App? and still the same, `Message failed to send`. Please help, thank you.

    Cant send messages or party invites on xbox 360

    A silver membership can actually send/receive messages. They just can't play on Xbox Live or join a party.

    .

    As for why you can't send messages, I came up with the following reasons why:

    .

    - Your/Their account is banned

    - Your/Their Inbox is full

    - Etc.

    .

    What I recommend you to do is to contact Customer Support and have them look into your account as to why you are not able to send messages. This is usually not an error and a legitimate reason to why someone wouldn't be able to send messages.

    Sending a message to their accounts they're highly unlikely to reply. But I 100% assure you won't get banned for a question or a message to them. Even as an admin of Xbox Live they can't abuse their power.
