Xbox Live Account "BlowMyGlowstick" Hacked Back In 2014.

I am in a bit of a dilemma, and my issue still has not been solved since 2014. After multiple attempts at trying to contact Microsoft Support to get my account back over the years, I've grown tired and using this as a last ditch effort before I give up.. Below I will recount everything I remember about my account, the days leading up to me being hacked, and the multiple attempts afterwards to get it back.

I made an Xbox Live account sometime after 2010 or so with the name TaticalNook. Since then I have changed it with Microsoft Points to "BlowMyGlowstick".

I have owned the account for a few years and so much money has been spent on games, map packs, and Gold membership.

in 2014, I went on a trip and didn't have access to my account or xbox. Once I got back, I tried logging into my account and it told me that I have been logged out. After signing in with my email address and password, I found my account was migrated to a different email and I was left with a new account with a generic microsoft generated gamertag.

Over the years since the incident, I have contacted Microsoft Support by phone and they were no help. I verified key parts of the account to prove it was my account, yet they said they "still could not verify me as the original owner".... I even had my mom's name from her credit card as well as our address on file correct, and he still couldnt verify it, all he could do was delete the credit card off of the account. I even offered to send in my ID with my name and original address (As I am living in the same address) as purchases made on that xbox live account, and still nothing.

Ever since I have been hacked, I have switched to Playstation and PC. But now with Windows 10/11 offering Xbox support, I would love to get my old account back.

Please someone help!!!!
