Xbox live account blocked from many recovery attempts

His old brother setup the xbox and I dont know what he entered. We do not have access to the phone number recovery and the account reset has now blocked with too many attempts.

There must be another way here. We can verifiy what games he plays on the account and when he last accessed the account

If your account has a 2-step verification feature enabled, I'm afraid it is no longer possible to recover your account other than having access to your security information. The account recovery web form will not work if the 2-step verification is active.

If your account has no 2-step verification feature enabled and you were blocked for account recovery after multiple failed attempts, you can try to recover your account again through the account recovery webform exactly after 24 hours:

You will also need an active alternate email where you can be contacted.

I have attempted to submit a form many, many times. Obviously it hasn’t worked. The account has no alternate recovery options and only connected to any other account by the Xbox family thing.

I no longer have the Xbox that the account was created on and I never used the account for anything other than playing Xbox.

Is there any way to transfer the data from Xbox live, for example, achievements, games, to another email, this account is only for Xbox use, I tried in many ways to recover, recovery requires answering more questions, and because it’s just an Xbox account
the answers are insufficient for recovery, I didn’t want to lose my 18,850 achievements, what a sadness

That message would tell me that someone has attempted to log into your account and failed too many times. As a security precaution, the account has been temporarily locked. Try using your phone or computer to log into the account having issues and attempt
recovery.
