Xbox Live Account Banned!

Hello, I have been a customer with Microsoft for over 5 years now and I have received nothing bad with your products. But I went on holiday and came back, go to sign into my Xbox and to find my account is banned until the year 9999? I want a proper answer
and fix to my account, bot just a copy and pasted line from the xbox code of conduct because I have done nothing wrong to have my account banned. I have gave my email and password to a couple trusted friends when they haven't had Xbox live so they can play
but that's it? Please fix the account or get one of your representatives to contact me so we can speak.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Be aware that bans are 100% accurate and you were not banned without a reason. So it'll stand.

 

You should never give your login details to anybody. In fact, part of the COC states: Do not lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide access to your account. What happens a lot of the time, is that a friend may think they are playing a harmless joke by
changing something on your account, or sometimes they use your account to do things that are highly against the COC, and you pay the price. xTye is correct that the Enforcement Team does a complete investigation before banning an account, so it is extremely
unlikely that you will be unbanned.
