Xbox Live Account Banned with Zero Strikes

Hello,

My Xbox Live account was banned with 0 strikes on the enforcements tab. I have been playing on xbox cloud gaming exclusively. I believe that there is some mistake. Is there anyway for me to speak to someone about this? I have only had access to xbox live for a few days.

The message reads:

Under review

Start: 6/26/2025, 3:27 PM

End: Indefinite

Reason for action: Thís account violated the Community Standards and was subjected to enforcement action.

Impact: This account was issued a permanent suspension. As a result, it cannot sign in to the Xbox network or access related features and services.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and the only way to contact them is by submitting a case review on the enforcement site.

Is there anyway to like speak to a person about it it’s a wrongful ban I have zero strikes on my account and only been chat banned like twice for stupid stuff

Thanks gor your reply. Another question is why would they make it where nobody can help, not community, not advisors, administrators, not xbox support?

Also why would they put a 2 day full ip suspension messages, party, any game, but weirdly still allowed to use group posts? On a zero strike Account

On top of it zero strike account, given zero options to appeal. Makes zero sense to me. Mabey 3 or 4th strike I'd understand.

You can find information about console bans at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/xbox-live-device-bans but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them.

The strike system only applies to an account and not a console. It's still possible to have a console ban while an account has no strikes.

Also that's strike suit zero, not strike force zero. Got confused.
