    Please help me unban my account for 5000 years i really had a lot of progress on it and hours, and dont forget money. They could atleast transfer some of my account info. I did nothing and I'm 11 years old. Someone hijacked my account.

    Someone hacked my xbox live account and changed my gamertag to something that violates the "code of conduct." However when I recovered my account, it was banned until 12/31/9999. Can you please unban my account?

    Oh, and when I log into the banned account on xbox.com it says I'm banned until 12/30/9999...

    Now I'm confused as to whether it's a perma ban, or temp ban.

    How Do I Get Unbanned From Xbox Live?

    When you sign into the account on your console it'll tell you how long your ban is for. If it says you're banned until 12/31/9999 then that's a permaban.
