Xbox Live Account Banned (HELP)

I need to preface this post by saying -- I talk a lot of ****, i can't help it, if someone is playing a very LAME way i can't stop myself from telling them what i think about it, i deserve the chat bans

i had no idea you could be banned from playing the MP

I logged on today and try to play gears 4 but it gives a message saying

"Because of your past behavior you cannot play multiplayer games online"

I'm trying to figure out what kind of ban i have

This is the message on the enforcement page

• Verbal abuse, profanity, stalking, or griefing directed at other players
• Distributing defamatory, infringing, obscene, and/or illegal materials
• Abuse of the Xbox Live chat or messaging systems

Your conduct was brought to the attention of the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team through either complaints filed by other Xbox Live users or in the course of our operation of the service. The Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints
and other evidence regarding this conduct and determined it violates the Microsoft Services Agreement. Because your conduct is in violation, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team has enacted this privilege suspension against your account.



How this enforcement affects you


All privileges removed as a result of this suspension will be unavailable to your account used on any console during the suspension period. Other accounts may still be used on other Xbox 360 or Xbox One consoles without impact. Specific privileges removed
by this enforcement include:

The Enforcement post doesn't clearly say what kind of suspension i have

I'm just trying to figure out how long I'm banned for, i know i'm an **** on xbox live

MY SIDE QUESTION IS -- I TRIED JUST MAKING A NEW ACCOUNT BUT IT SEEMS TO BLOCK ANY NEW ACCOUNT I MAKE, WHAT KIND OF BAN/SUSPENSION DOES THIS MEAN

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho
