Xbox live account banned for no reason!!!

Oh you must be new to gaming, please let me explain A "skin" doesn't refer to the actual flesh of what ever the avatar or character or item is in the video game yer playing but simply just its appearance. For example if you're playing something like
call of duty you might get a "camo skin" which would change the appearance of the gun giving it a camouflage cover.

Here is some thing you need to understand they are referring to the skin Color not the type of format or suit that's why you failed the questionnaire it's not rocket science

avatar skin isn't the same as a weapons skin ingame or character skin

Completely different

There is no skins on the avatar marketplace

You can buy clothes like the master chief armor

They are actually referring to the skin color

It's not a debatable question or opinion you are taking it out of context

To makes avatar look a certain way you buy a costume not a skin

Ingame items like.character skins or weapons skins are not part of the avatar marketplace at all only called Costumes

 

Well the problem is there is no context given. As i explained in gaming a "skin" merely refers to the appearance.

 

It also is besides the point. The fact of the matter is I did not break any rule. I did not curse or cheat or anything that would warrant a suspension. So what must have happened is I was wrongfully reported by a gamer who may have been upset from losing
(I could only assume) and my account was suspended without any investigation (because had there been one it wouldn't have been suspended). This is NOT ok, no matter how you try to twist it.

 

except again your wrong every report is actually investigated it does not matter if you hide or slang itit they look at everyone and isn't decided by one person if is sent to a team and every single person in that team looks at if you may want to actually

Please forgive me for being a nay-sayer here, but virtually everybody that gets a suspension claims that they are innocent. Of course, most of them may believe that they are, but your perception of what is acceptable behavior and/or language may not coincide
with the family friendly ideals that they Code of Conduct is supposed to represent. What does the Enforcement Team have to gain from suspending people for no reason? They don't get anything from you if you're suspended. They get a report and they investigate.
They don't just ban or suspend people just because they feel like it and certainly not just because somebody false reports a user just to cause havoc in the entire online service.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
