Xbox live account banned for no reason!!!

MY account was banned and i wasn't given the specific reason. I don't use a microphone and only reply to messages never send anything unprovoked. When i applied for account review i messed up one of the answers and now have to wait another 24 hours. Ive
been on xbox live for 12 years 7 on this account and have never had an incident, it really troubles me that xbox would just disable my account because of some sore loser. At the very least i would like the date and report of the incident and a chance to give
my side of the story for whatever the incident may be (I really for the life of me cant think what it would be, I don't interact with people and i dont cheat)

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to wait until you can try submitting a case review again. However, even with a case review, they will not give you specifics.

 

Oh thats great, I was told by the manager at xbox live support to leave a message on this forum to get a reply from the enforcement team. Idk why i even bother with xbox anymore...

You must be rated e for everyone if someone is bothering you use the tools you are given block And ignore

And if you retaliate in anyway that breaks the terms of use you can be punished if reported

Yeah but even when sent trash talk and i reply with a message, what i said never broke the rules. Its just dumb that an actual person doesn't review this stuff before banning someone.

This questionnaire is ridiculous, one of the questions is "purple avatars are cool! true or false?" i answered true because its a matter of opinion really, it was incorrect because they said modding is against the rules, but what does modding have to do
with purchasing a skin that may be purple. Xbox, is purchasing purple skins available in your store against the rules???? Its also filled with tons of double negatives (Modding isn't never against no rules? true or false????) it's as if xbox is actively trying
to make you fail instead of seeing that you fully understand and follow the rules.

You can only use a mod to make your skin purple or green etcirs not rocket science

They are talking about skin not clothes you can buy and no purple isn't available on the marketplace you have brown orange and pale your normal colours in the world

 

I don't purchase avatar skins, pal. I don't know whats available for purchase this isn't about my knowledge of whats for purchase at the xbox store its about whether i understand the rules. Had the question been "is it ok to mod your avatar" i of course
would have answered false. But thats not the question its "purple avatars are cool! true or false" like what is that?

 

Heck, one of my friends is in a multi color full power ranger looking thing, not exactly a normal colour in the world is it?

You can be a power ranger all you want

But you cannot have purple Skin nor can you buy skins
