Xbox live account banned for cheating

i made a Xbox live account some time ago and never used it and now i bought a game with out knowing about the ban on my account for cheating after never using the account. is there any thing i can do to fix this. i just want my money back if there is
no way to fix it.

My banned account

My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

When an account is banned all on that account is lost and not eligible for a refund. Sorry

Wouldnt have a ban on that account would you as I see game score has been reset for cheating ?

if they ban their xbox console from live for cheating there wont be nearly as many cheaters, people have lost their accounts for alot less, ban the console microsoft!!

Yes. If you cheat in any Xbox game regardless of the platform you run the risk of your Xbox live account being banned.

Have to agree with Eggnogga,cheating is cheating & deserves a perma ban from xbox live.

The fact that you regret it now makes no difference & you didn't just do it once,not that cheating only once makes it acceptable.

By posing on the official forums you have made it more likely that your account will get banned.

If your account was banned till 31-12-9999 then it is not a temporary ban.(as you stated) It is a permanent ban. It coould be a number of reasons like modded xbox, cheating on xbox live, selling services over xbox live, ect.

sadly even if you knew the reason there is nothing you can do to reverse this Ban. You are better off making/sticking with your new account.
